A finales de marzo de 2026, San Miguel de Allende fue distinguido como Mejor Región Vinícola de México en los Food and Travel Reader Awards 2025. El galardón reconoce el desarrollo del sector vitivinícola y su integración con la oferta turística local. Actualmente, la región cuenta con cerca de 14 viñedos y una creciente propuesta de experiencias ligadas al vino, la gastronomía y la hospitalidad. En el mismo periodo, Viñedo San Miguel obtuvo cinco medallas en Bacchus 2026.

In late March 2026, San Miguel de Allende was distinguished as the Best Wine Region in Mexico at the Food and Travel Reader Awards 2025. The accolade celebrates the rapid development of the viticulture sector and its seamless integration with local tourism. Today, the region boasts nearly 14 vineyards and a sophisticated portfolio of experiences combining wine, gastronomy, and high-end hospitality. During this same period, Viñedo San Miguel achieved further international acclaim, bringing home five medals from Bacchus 2026.
